It's ez Well I mean depends on how often you change your lineup in HPT's and how well your acquainted with the other players in the invent. Invents, typically don't ever have "good" cappers, so I mean capping it out in 5-10 minutes is whats expected if you go into the game as an experienced capper. What generally happens is that the killers go for clips(play for themselves which isn't too bad), and the cappers are just jerking each other off in a corner going into situations with no thought aside from their risk-free expectations. The worst killers are usually forced to become cappers. It all depends on who you're playing. Regardless, I find a less systematic game fun. Now that I think of it, Invents were typically more fun back when I killed. Players in invents are more concerned about their ratio and individual performance then just the win which brings it back to the whole no team chemistry thing I said before. @grenade and how successful do you possibly think HPT's are? Maybe, I should ask that question in the summer.

Exactly why Invents aren't fun and why some people who can shoot well in invents suck in outdoor maps in hpts because it requires a brain, not just killing. Hpts > fun ''competitive'' team vs team games. Try to get the W. Most people don't play for clips. More Challenging. Requires a brain in order to get the W vs a good team. Invents > Everyone playing for kills, don't care if they win. Majority of the people who invent blow. Random teams. etc etc etc Edited by HPT-60053, Feb 5 2012, 03:21 PM.

Deleted User	As I said before, the worst killers are usually forced to become cappers for the games so thats why you probably dont like them as much. invent killers are usually the players that don't experience such a rough transition when going into the HPT scene. I disagree when you say they shoot better only in invents, it's the same. The difference is the value we put on winning the match and the difference in their opponents lineups. With invents people feel less of a consequence for every mistake they make so they typically juggernaut the entire game and experiment with their decision-making. In an HPT, mistakes have larger consequences so decisions are of course going to change and a players performance may change. I used to always get that "You only shoot well in invents" when I shot the same in both, I just was more conservative and less "juggernautish" in HPT's because I knew each decision had a larger consequence, but in Invents I really didn't care I'd storm a base with just a sniper with the intention of getting 4 headshots in a row. But in an HPT if I don't have a push from my team with pups and heavies then I shit my pants lol and probably end up rocketing myself to death. The difference between the two is almost entirely as a result of the difference in communication.
